hey, I saw this piece a few nights ago while haveing a 3 hour browsing binge and it caught my eye. I love the angle of the pose, this is definitly going in my favs.

I used to be inspired by the drawing Hanagumori but when I got the link for you I found out that the artist made a tutorial XD Here's the part for the sparkly dots ;P [link] :) [link] Anyways, you can simply take a smal brush and zoom and draw dot by dot.
